CiceroUIWndFrame error on shutdown

Just lately, my own computer began freezing on shut down due to an error closing CiceroUIWndFrame. This file is associated with Microsoft Office and its Speech and Handwriting Recognition features. If you're not using Speech/Handwriting Recognition, this feature should removed.
